The video starts in Dutch due to communication with Haarlem Port Control, but is completely English spoken. Haarlem is a nice and historical city near Amsterdam. Join me, Henk-Jan on Motor Vessel Lady Liselot, whilst I pass this city with it's small canals. Perhaps you ask yourself: how do I drive a big boat like a 49ft Trawler? Well, let me show you, how I do it.

2024 is Season 4 of Sailing MV LadyLiselot. I am Henk-Jan (1965 - I know, one would not tell), a #liveaboard on this #trawler #yacht where I live, work, #singlehanded sail and enjoy life in #thenetherlands. She is a 1980 49ft Blue Ocean Trawler and named after my daughter: "Fien Liselot". Build in Lien Hwa Boat Yard (established in 1978). Lien Hwa Boat Yard builded boats for several OEM partners included Blue Ocean (Holland – power boats), Little Harbor (US – sail boats), Marine Trader (US – power boats), Trade Winds (US – power boats). This channel follows a format: "Join Henk-Jan, whilst he cruises with Lady Liselot". That's it. This automatically means: no boat tour and no boat jobs. These subjects do not fit the format.
