A new sailing app, a 50-nautical-mile passage through the Aegean, and finally some serious progress behind the scenes. Bart takes Yachtara sailing in **Greece**, planning a passage from **Thasos to Limnos** aboard a Bavaria 44. We look at weather forecasting, route planning based on the boat’s polars, passage timing, maintenance management, crew information, offline access, anchor monitoring, manuals and the future development of AI-powered vessel telemetry. Then we put the route into practice with a beautiful Aegean passage, good winds, 6–8 knot sailing and even a swarm of unexpected hitchhiking bees miles offshore.
