In this episode of Sailing into Freedom, I’m back from the yard with a proper update: the new builder and new project manager are on the case, the attention to detail is next level, and the boat is finally moving forward again — even if that means endless spreadsheets, measurements, plans and sweaty days in the brutal Vietnam heat and humidity. There’s also a look at the Elcano app Bart is building to support the project and, of course, more tropical sailing chaos with Catalina as we island-hop, learn the ropes, and squeeze in a bit of spearfishing along the way.
