We have been told this tag line over and over again and boy did it hold true on this trip. Before we started out on this adventure, we have many stops planned. There was provisioning to do, storage items to pick-up and last-minute good-byes to do. Unfortunately, š¬ mother nature has her own planā¦
From the word go we have been chased by storms, wind and aggressive water and the best part is we had a beautiful š weather window to cast off into and this 56 Lagoon catamaran handled it like a champ. Poor Honu would have one heck of a rodeo. Thank goodness we are equipped with state-of-the-art electronics including š” Starlink. What a difference it made to be able to check Windy and PredictWind throughout the voyage š§
However, sleepless nights and bucking boat all melt away in the light of day. A warm sunny day and dolphins š¬ can make you euphoric like that perfect golf swing.
