Depth Sounder Fails, Fog and Rocks ahead | Falmouth to The Isles of Scilly | Oyster 56 | Ep 08 01
We set off from Falmouth to The Isles of Scilly on our Oyster 56, Osprey, and of course things didn’t go to plan. Partway across, the depth sounder developed a fault, the wind disappeared, and then the fog rolled in. Not exactly the easiest crossing!
But once we made it, The Isles of Scilly totally made up for it – stunning spots to drop the hook, crystal clear water, and just an awesome time exploring.
