It’s back to the shore to measure up for the Mainsail stack pack. It’s much quicker this time as we have already made the mizzen stack pack. Then it’s back to the boat to start sewing again.

We head to the jetty to fill Nutshell’s water tanks and clean the brew gear. Magnus puts down a new brew of pale ale.

Peanut gets a bit of TLC and we make a plan for our technical passage to Horn Island. There’s so much to think about in this area of tides, varying wind directions, coral, rocks and narrow passages.

We set sail for Horn and check it out on arrival.

Magnus installs a new CO monitor and a gas detector monitor on Nutshell.

Thanks for watching.

Until next time.

Wendy and Magnus
