There’s so much to do before we head off across the South Pacific to the Marquesas. Bobby takes us to a farmer’s wholesale fresh produce market to pick up some old crates to store our cans for the crossing and we buy bulk produce. Then it’s back to Nutshell to process everything. Pickling and canning en mass.
Magnus takes the opportunity to borrow Bobby’s vice to replace the bearings in the alternator. We pick up a new solar panel for the water maker and plenty of other essential items which have been on our list for ever!
