LAND HO! ⛵️ Arriving in Panama After 9 Days at Sea

After a week of relatively good sailing from Saint Martin, the wind became finicky, and we were forced to motor the rest of the way to Panama. We were disappointed but made the best of it by enjoying the sunshine and taking advantage of the extra power from our engines. We spotted land after 9 days at sea and dropped anchor before celebrating with a glass of champagne! 🥂 After a good night’s rest, we woke up to the sound of howler monkeys- we were definitely in Panama now!🐒 We moved the boat to Shelter Bay Marina, debriefed, and then got to work changing our spinnaker halyard and exploring the area. 🌴
