In Part 2 of our transatlantic crossing from Cape Verde to Antigua aboard our new Enksail Orion 49 aluminum sailboat, Distant Shores IV, we continue to have great weather for beautiful downwind sailing but are suddenly up against a series of equipment breakdowns that affect our consumption of power at sea. We struggle to determine the cause with the support of the boat manufacturer and later enjoy a beautiful rainbow as well as a joyful encounter with a whale.
