We’re off, again! Just a quick overnight sail from the Bay of Eagles to Barahona. The view was stunning, it’s a different kind of beauty than we were used to, being in the Bahamas for 6 months. After dropping anchor for the 3rd time, we picked up all the officials and finally checked into the Dominican Republic.
What a culture shock! This was the biggest city we’ve been to in a long while, it was a nice change. After wandering around the city for a few hours and getting help from the locals, we found the outdoor market. It was hustling and bustling with everything we were looking for… fresh produce! Hope you enjoy!
