Before, our bathroom was a plywood cubby-hole that housed random clutter and our composting toilet 🚽
It was largely neglected during our tiny home build and remained unfinished for many months.
💦And because our bathroom wasn’t waterproof, we’ve been showering outdoors for the past year!
We’ve been busy these past few weeks giving this overlooked (but very important space😅) a complete makeover! Transforming it from a plywood cubby-hole to a calm oasis!
Our goal was to build a tiny home bathroom that was lavish & luxurious! Why? Because who said Tiny Home Living couldn’t be luxurious?!!!
We’ll admit, living in our tiny home without a proper bathroom hasn’t been so glam 😅’ so we decided it was time to STEP IT UP!
Now, showering in our tiny house feels like being at a spa!

WHO WE ARE
We are a couple from opposite sides of the world making life together in a teeny-tiny 160 square feet.
Our current tiny home is a vintage Airstream trailer nestled in the woods here in the Canadian Pacific Northwest! We like to call her Streamy, our adventure basecamp!
Sounds dreamy right? Well let us tell you that it isn’t as easy as it looks & the process of building our dream tiny home on wheels (in just 60 days) was a very difficult endeavor!

When we’re not enduring these self-imposed suffer-fests (i.e. our DIY projects & long grueling hikes up mountainsides) you’ll find us out on the ocean, living and sailing around the PNW on our little sailboat. She’s a Catalina 30 and we’ve been enjoying the challenge of restoring her & teaching ourselves how to sail!
OUR STORY
I (Allison, the Newfie) met James (the Aussie) while working on a remote island 3 years ago.
A decade working in healthcare has helped us both to appreciate the preciousness of this one beautiful life we’ve been given.
Viewing TIME as our most valuable gift, we’ve been feeling an urgency in our lives to Live All Out!
We decided to make some BOLD moves, hit PAUSE on our conventional careers & work full time, turning our DREAMS into reality.
This is the beginning of our YouTube journey & over the next few weeks we will be sharing our first steps towards making full-time adventure possible.
We’ll be posting weekly videos that document our DIY projects, tiny-home living & our land & sea adventures.
