Buying our first boat!!! #boatlife - All Hahns on Deck Introduction
Hi All!
We are All Hahns on Deck, a couple looking to escape the mundane and sail for new horizons.
You may be asking yourself how two landlocked Missourians joined the boating community and eventually bought a 1980 Gulfstar 50. Well, this is the tale of how Kirstin and I met, married, and joined the maritime tradition.
After moving from St. Louis to Chicago, we joined the boating community by purchasing a 1995 Larson 310 Cabrio. After spending nearly every weekend for two seasons on the water, we were in love. Boat life was the future of our life.
Accordingly, we searched for and found a 50 ft sailboat and will eventually sell our perfect starter boat.
Please follow along as we refit our sailboat and then take off for new horizons!
