• Your hop-on, hop-off ticket’s validity period begins from the date and time it is activated.

• Walking tours are included only with 48-hour tickets: Royal Walk (Stop 8, 10:00), Jack the Ripper (Stop 19, 13:00), and Harry Potter (Stop 21, 16:00).
• Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
• Please note that the London River Cruise will not operate on 25 December. Bus tours will run as normal on this day, and customers can enjoy the river cruise on either 24 or 26 December instead.

Important Information

You must pre-book your time slot for the London Eye after booking. Due to high demand and limited availability, especially during peak times, we recommend retrieving your booking and selecting your time slot as soon as possible at: https://www.bigbustours.com/manage-my-booking

Once you have selected your time slot through the Big Bus Manage My Booking portal, you can download your ticket and head straight to the London Eye.

You can activate your bus ticket in one of two ways:

1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.

2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. We recommend boarding at Stop 11: London Eye (Westminster Bridge Road, next to the Lion Statue, outside the London Marriott County Hall).

For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier or Tower Pier and show your printed or digital ticket to board.

Customers are advised to download the Big Bus App for the latest bus stop locations, timings, and live bus tracking. Please ensure the app is downloaded before your day of travel.

48-hour tickets include 3 live guided walking tours conducted in English only. To join, meet your guide at the relevant Big Bus stop 15 minutes before departure and present your printed or digital ticket.
