Around 400nm from Roatan (Bay Islands, Honduras) to Isla Mujeres (Mexiko) in four nights and five days. So far the longest I have ever been at sea.

Finally, I am back to solo sailing, grooving slowly into it by doing small daytrips along the coast of Roatan. Karl and me are prepping ourselves for the next bigger passage up to Mexiko and I am exploring the beautiful bays of Roatan with my new kayak!
Enjoy and Ahoy,
Nike & Karl

No, I did not make it to Cuba...I decided to head back to the San Blas Islands and to head north after that. On the way back there, a couple of things went wrong...and I had the feeling that maybe it was best to sell good old Karl and end this little adventure...
Three months later, looking at this...
