Amazing day sailing from Hornby Island
We wrap up our Desolation Sound trip by provisioning at Refuge Cove, returning to Tenedos Bay where Floating Freedom broke down last year, and then overnight at Tribune Bay before heading home. We experience a perfect day sailing, wing on wing most of the way back to Nanaimo.
Exploring Pendrell Sound
The next stop on our Desolation Sound trip is Pendrell Sound between East and West Redonda Islands. This is our new favourite anchorage, the warmest and cleanest water we have found yet. Can't wait to return next year.
