Austria Travel Vlog 🇦🇹 | Exploring Vienna in Winter
Ep. 187 ~ After months of sailing the Mediterranean, we left our sailboat Okaliptus safely in the marina and headed inland for a winter adventure—starting in Vienna, Austria.
In this episode, we explore Vienna’s imperial past and cozy winter charm: wandering Stephansplatz, visiting St. Stephen’s Cathedral, exploring Hofburg Palace and Schönbrunn Palace inside and out, admiring Klimt’s The Kiss at the Belvedere, getting lost in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and warming up at cafés and the Naschmarkt. From royal gossip and Habsburg history to colorful architecture at Hundertwasserhaus, Vienna completely captured us.
This trip was unplanned and exactly what we needed—proof that travel doesn’t stop just because the sails are down.
