After an unexpected wake up in the middle of the night we decide to pull anchor and leave West End on Great Bahama Island. Building waves force us to retreat in the commercial Harbor of Freeport but luckily the harbormaster waived the fee due to stormy weather.
Rested we carry on towards Port Lucaya where we need to go get tested to continue sailing throughout the Bahamas. There we start experiencing the Bahamian culture with tasty food and beaches.
Filmed March 2021.
