Structural Hull Crack... What is a New Yacht Warranty Worth?
This week I share a warranty issue found down in the port bilge - a crack in the hull above the keel.
What's unique about this one? Well it was addressed at the very end of last year by the second repairs team which was entirely made up of Moorings and Robertson & Caine staff. As such, it gives an insight our experience of the quality of work and behaviour of staff from these companies much more recently than the initial catamaran build.
This is quite a candid video, with some behind the scenes footage that captured our thoughts, opinions and feelings on the warranty saga.
