New Yacht Warranty Update and Owner Advice | PART 1 | LEOPARD 45 OWNER EXPERIENCE & REVIEW
Now 9 months into our 3rd hardstand stay with our "new" or "barely used" Leopard 45 catamaran, the crew sat down to have a chat about what's been going on, our opinions about warranty processes and thoughts on how boat builders and brokers could do better.
This is Part 1 of 3, and covers a few updates that have happened since our recent Leopard 45 boat tour video https://youtu.be/jI6W7F216tg. We then explain our current feelings towards Robertson & Caine as boat builder and Leopard Catamarans as a yacht broker. We discuss opinions on some things we think are going wrong, what's been done right and how they may be able to improve moving forward.
The opinions expressed are based on our research, industry insights, extensive experience on other owners newer Leopard Catamaran and life experiences after two and a half years of owning a yacht that's had extensive and ongoing warranty repairs. This series will cover opinions on Fountaine Pajot, Lagoon and other similar yacht builders and clear up some misinterpretation we see and hear viewers having. We have heard some people have bought a Lagoon instead of a Leopard which was never our intention.
