New Yacht Warranty Info & Claim Reimbursements | PART 3 | LEOPARD 45 CATAMARAN OWNER REVIEW
This video will be of specific interest to owners of Leopard Catamarans that are still under warranty. It will also be of interest to people considering which catamaran to buy and from which broker.
While credit is due for the assistance given, potential buyers need to ask themselves some important questions like are they fixing certain issues on the production line and how would you know?
Would they offer you this level of support if you didn't have an online presence?
Which other equivalent yacht builders would do any better? At the very least our broker and builder has stood behind their brand and stepped up to repair the hull themselves showing some pride.
Why is it so hard to find examples of the myriad of personal contracts from Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot, Seawind, Neel, Nautitech, Catana, Balance, Excess, Privilege and Bali etc?
Lastly and most importantly why don't all brokers readily make available the purchase contracts and warranty terms and conditions as Leopard Catamarans does, like an insurance company is required to publish its PDS?
