🌶️ Cooking up Geera Beef in Trinidad 🇹🇹 #foodshorts #caribbean #trinidad
After kindly being gifted a cook book by a Trinidadian vendor at the Central Market in Port of Spain I've been practicing cooking different local dishes. It's a style of cooking that's jam packed with spices and fresh ingredients that pack a punch in terms of flavour!
I know how seriously the people of Trinidad and Tobago take their cooking so wanted to make sure I could do a decent effort before I shared how it went! One of the first recipes I tackled was Geera Beef - I've loved the flavour of the Geera Pork I'd tried and wanted to see how it went with fresh beef instead.
