Talk about chaining yourself to the dock!
After nine months, 18 days, 10 hours and 20 minutes of our boat being immobile (thanks to the scale of the refit), we finally managed to take her sailing.
It was a massive push to get her out and in a condition that was temporarily liveable, without throwing things back together that would only have to be re-done.
There is still a lot of work ahead of us, but being able to now enjoy our local cruising grounds as we continue to refit is a game changer for our sanity 🤪
In this video, we show you what steps we had to take to make that all-important break, and give you a tour of the boat and our refit to date.
Enjoy!
