I now have good silicon bronze screws for the tin bronze keels. There is no galvanic difference between tin bronze and silicon bronze. They are compatible.
Also the bronze screws are twice as long as the stainless steel screw I use for the test. In fact it was 10 weights of 14 kilo it took to load the screw to failure. Now the screw is twice as long it will be set in a much thicker laminate. For the test I had not more than 3 layers might even be less. For the real thing it is going to be more than 12 layers.
Also for each screw I am going to create a small cavity and fill it with NM infusion epoxy spreading out the load and gluing them to the 70 mm thick Divinycell.
There will 100 screws for the two keels. I estimate that there will be more than 25 tons to failure due to the screws in addition to this is the elastic NM epoxy. Guess is that it will add even more strenght.
I do not worry.
