This Youtube channel is about me Sven Yrvind. I am85 and a half year old dyslectic solo sailor. I am adapting a 30 year old 17 feet, 5.3 meter long high latitude canoe cruiser of my own design for a sail to Dunedin in NZ. There I have been promised an ice cream.
The route will take me south of Cape of Good Hope, Africa and Cape Leeuwin, Australia.
The voyage is not only intended to be one of pleasure. With two of the three great capes done I believe that if I continue east and round Cape Horn. I can argue that a small boat is seaworthy and that will be good for the man of small means.
Often the 22th every month I do a resume of the project.
