Here is a new idea for my centerboard. It solves two big centerboard problems.
That they cannot be removed like a daggerboard.
That the controling lines are very difficult to acces.
The solution is to use a 30 mm thick 120 mm diameter disc attached to the centerboard at the rotating center. It that travels up and down a groove in the centerboard trunk.
The controling ropes and the pullies are in 70 mm vide slot above the centerboard trunk and can with ease be reached from the deck hatch.
This is just a mock up. The dimensions will be adjusted to get things to work smothly.
