I plan to fill the bow with high density 200 kilo per cubic meter expanded two component polyurethane foam.
That will increase the strenght of an already strong boat, but thats not the reason I am doing it.
The reason is to make the boat clean with no hidden parts behind the centerboard trunk where cockroaches and other bugs can find a snug place and my arms cannot reach them.
Such places are not good on a boat with a skipper that likes to keep it klean.If you’re interested in contributing links are below.
