Freediving introductiecursus bij Duikcentrum Wobbegong - Ep. 70
Ter voorbereiding op mijn zeilreis rond de wereld waar ik veel ga ankeren, ga ik op Freediver training. Nout geeft de Freediver Tryout, een introductie in het freediven. Het start met een nul-meting en dan kijk je hoe lang je onderwater blijft met één ademteug. Vervolgens leer je een paar eenvoudige freedive technieken waardoor je het veel langer kunt volhouden. Het was erg leuk en smaakt naar meer.
