PANAMA Pit Stop! Prepping Our Catamaran For The Pacific | Sailing with Six | S2 E52
In this episode we arrive in Shelter Bay and begin prepping our catamaran for our upcoming Pacific crossing.
This was our first haulout since we put the boat in the water way back in Puerto Penasco so she was certainly ready for a little love underneath.
First things first though... we take off the headsail and drop it in to the sail loft to get those stitching along the edge repaired. Then its out of the water and on to antifouling and servicing the sail drives.
Boats are meant to be in the water and living on the hardstand is not so fun so we manage to smash out the jobs a quickly as possible to get her back in the water and floating again.
All ship shape and ready for the Pacific Ocean... coming up next in our Panama canal episode!
