We’re doing something we haven’t done in a long time—leaving Happy Days behind. After a final stop at Gili Asahan, we sail to the marina to prep the boat for a month away while we travel to Australia and New Zealand. It’s a big job: cleaning, packing, pickling our Osmosea watermaker, and making sure everything is ready for our time apart.
But before we can set foot on land, there’s one more adventure: a long, slow, and unpredictable trip from a remote island marina to Bali and finally on to Australia.
