In this episode on board our Leopard 45 sailing catamaran while sailing up in Maine, Greyson discovers the joys of eating lobster. He wasn’t sure if he should eat the ones he made friends with. But in the end, he thought it was the coolest thing EVER!
“Mommy’s been holding out on me. This is DELICIOUS! Where has lobster been all my life? I’ve never tasted anything so delicious in my entire life!”
In all his 7 years.
We also sailed with Frik and Petro from Sailing Sisu for a while. Watching them disappear into the fog was awesome. But seeing them on the other side was even better.
Greyson had some hands-on time at the Marine Science Center in Stonington and saw two super rare blue lobsters. Supposedly, this genetic mutation affects one in a million lobsters.
Lastly, Jeff and Greyson learned to speak “seal”. They said, in Seal language, “get into the water!” And they did. Success
We had a great time in Maine.
