In this episode of Sailing Wind Therapy, we sail our Leopard 45 sailing catamaran through some fairly crappy seas on our way to Nassau, Bahamas. After a super short stay, we took off for Highbourne Cay in the Exuma Island chain where we visited with some nurse sharks, replaced our spinnaker halyard, and worked really hard to catch a lobster with Andy from SV OliLuki.
