After 3 long months in Haiti, (Dec. 14 – Mar. 15) we take the plane back to Uma and pick up where we left off refitting her. As we were inspecting some hidden areas, and writing our long to-do-list, we found some unexpected damage in the keel that needed our attention right away!!! Our sinking hearts felt like we were in way over our heads. But with no plan B, it was time to get to work.
