Upon arriving in Oslo, Liz reveals that they’ll be exploring various parts of Norway during their stay. The couple then heads off to Munkin Island, home to their whiskey distillery where they purchased a cask three years prior.
The Whiskey Tasting Adventure
Upon visiting the distillery, Liz and Den get a firsthand look at their 3-year-old whiskey. They engage in lengthy discussions with the distillers about the aging process, flavors, and potential bottling plans for this unique Arctic whiskey. As they taste it straight from the cask, they’re excited by the strong flavor and decide it’s ready to be bottled.
Relaxing in Norway
Apart from their whiskey exploration, Liz and Den enjoy a much-needed break in this stunning location. They bask in the beautiful weather and find themselves feeling refreshed and recharged after a week-long break from boat work.
