We, Mario and Nina saved up, bought a boat, quit our jobs and said goodbye to life behind a desk. In May 2017 we left the safe harbor and started our new life on our Bavaria 46 Seatramp. We hope to take you with us from the comfort of your desk or arm chair to experience this journey with us through the videos we will create and our pictures we will share with you. Cleaning day on Seatramp!
While I sit in the laundry, Mario cleans the boat.. guess who had the better job?
After everything is clean again, we leave the marina and hoist the sails, set course for the North end of the island to a town called St Pierre, which happens to be home of one of the most famous volcanoes in the Caribbean.
Mt Pelee killed over 28.000 people in one blast in the early 1900s..with only 2 survivers.
As we want to continue our way to Dominica, we search for Customs for check out… and it’s funny where we find it.
