A few weeks ago we figured out that we have water in our rudder. We tried to fix it while we where haul out in Vista Mar, but after a few hours back in the water most parts of the new primer and antifouling fall apart.
A long discussion started if we really have a problem with the water or not. We knew a few boats, same brand and year who lost their rudder and Nina didn’t trust it. So it’s time to get the rudder out again and give it another look. The price for lifting and standtime in Panama on the Pacific side are ridicilous so we decide to do out while we are on anchor…
