Off-Grid Sailing Life In Baja Mexico | Engineless Sailing & Living Off The Sea - Ep. 90

Back home in the PNW, we rarely tie to docks when out cruising. Here in Baja Mexico where only three ports even have dock for cruisers, it’s even more rare! With Sea Dream of Clyde set up for off-grid cruising, it’s easy to get into the grove of living away from the conveniences of towns. In this episode, we sail further into the popular cruising area of Bahia Concepcion. On route, we demonstrate how NOT to land a fish while sailing, and then sail onto anchor in good fashion.

The generosity of some RV’ers on shore allow us to re-provision in the beautiful little oasis town of Mulegé. While the anchorages in the area are not the most peaceful around due the adjacent highway, we love the excellent protection they offer, plus the high little hot spring, too!
