This week we are bringing you behind the curtain into a huge project that we've been working on in the background throughout our entire catamaran refit. We are painting our boat! Indioko has worked for more than 20 years in the harsh conditions of the tropics and her gelcoat is almost worn away entirely so it's definitely time we took care of her and gave her a new lease of life. We are so grateful to Alexseal for supporting our adventure and we can't wait to get started on this huge job. Soon we won't recognise her!
At the same time as repairing some damage on the hulls, we also have some touch ups to do to the diamond non skid pattern on our sugar scoops and we think we might have found a cost effective way to make our own mold that we can use to patch up the damaged spots. Let's see if it works!
