Welcome aboard Parrot (a 1984 Reinke Super 10), the steel boat with sass, rust, and a whole lot of mystery ⛵⚓🦜 We're Graham and Rachel—two hopeless dreamers with zero boat restoration experience and questionable impulse control. So naturally, we bought a 37ft steel sailboat that hadn’t moved in years, had a few bees as roommates, and came with absolutely no instructions. This channel is part restoration diary, part mystery hunt. Our aim? To breathe life back into Parrot and uncover her past—because no one knows who built her, where she’s been, or why she was named after a tropical bird. ⛵ Expect chaos, comedy, steel dust, and surprise emotional moments as Parrot shares her story (with heavy sarcasm) and we try to become full-time liveaboard sailors—without setting her on fire.
