In this week's video we've been hauled out and get to see the hull of our boat for the first time! We're on a tight timeline with heaps of work to get done before being splashed in two weeks time so we start off with the chore of sanding back the ENTIRE hull, adding multiple coats of primer and then multiple coats of anti-foul.
The best bit though, Walter got his 100 metre swimming badge...

We're the Hansons, made up of Flick, Joe and Walter, and we're inviting you to transition with us from our safe, steady, land-based life to a totally new adventure on the high seas aboard our Gib'Sea 402 blue water sailing boat Nendaz. We're steadily upgrading the boat from a weekend boat to a full-time live aboard and trying to do as much as possible ourselves.
