Sailing boat life this week takes us from the beautiful, British west coast of Scotland, over to the amazing Island of Ireland, sailing our blue water sail boat (a Trident Warrior 38), across the Irish sea, as we continue our adventure, learning to sail our classic yacht, with the help of our Yacht Master instructor, on our maiden voyage to bring her home.
Once in Ireland we explore some of the lively Dublin city, discover some of Irelands dark past, we venture onto one of the most famous Irish sail boats of all time, and we have a chance encounter with one of Irelands most famous sailors, Paddy Barry, who very kindly gives us a boat tour of his 100 year old, fully restored sailing ship.
