We were recently gifted a new-to us dinghy that was designed by Lyle Hess, the same man who designed some of our favorite boats including the Bristol Channel Cutter and the Fatty Knees. Our Dinghy is a Dover Dory, the predecessor to the Fatty Knees (which means she’s old!) No boat is project-less, so on this dinghy I:
– Cleaned her up
– Fabricated new Hand Rails
– Installed Oar Locks
and a bit more. Check it out!
