From SERENE to EXTREME!! 40-KNOT WINDS and 15′ WAVES!!
This week we test our new sailboat offshore in some pretty wild conditions…on only our 5th day of ownership! After a full 24 hours of some pretty amazing sailing, we hit a storm bank that there’s no sailing around. So we gear up, don the vests and clip in for the ride! Cecilia performs it all with a casual shrug while shaking up our belongings like a washing machine. But after the craziness, we get the best reward – a huge pod of dolphins joins us for a full 45 minutes!! Just the extremes we expect when sailing on the ocean. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!
