Every Marina on Puerto Rico’s East Coast!! In this week’s episode of sailboat living with SailAway, we hop on that sailboat in the sky on an adventure to Puerto Rico! Our goal? To do a massive recon of the Eastern Coast to choose a home for ourselves and our beloved Layla so we can begin full time sailing the Caribbean. Little do we know that 2 weeks later Hurricane Maria would bring devastation to the island causing to change our long term plans. (only temporarily…we’re going to spend some time sailing the Bahamas and South Florida for a year while Puerto Rico rebuilds). But what we don’t know doesn’t stop us from perusing multiple marinas and straight up falling in love with one.
