I open up my Cobra 4R steering pedestal to inspect it. Fortunately, it turns out that I only need to replace a single bearing and the plastic break cover. I dropped off the pedestal at a paint shop. Unfortunately, I didn’t get it back before leaving to spend Christmas in LA so that will have to wait until part 2 🙂
