We’re officially preparing for our sailing adventure towards the Mediterranean! ⛵
Erik has quit his job, we’ve moved out of our apartment, and now we’re living on Resarö, where our sailboat is winterized and waiting for the sailing season to begin. Just a few months left! ⏳
During this time, we’ll be working hard to get our sailboat ready for long-term cruising and preparing ourselves for life at sea. Linn is studying for the Inshore Diploma, and Erik for his Coastal Skipper Certificate. 🗺️
Follow our journey as we transition to full-time boat life, prepare for our Mediterranean sailing adventure, and take the next big step toward our liveaboard dream! ⚓

Sail & Doxie (Linn & Erik)
In 2026, Swedish sailors Linn and Erik live full-time aboard their Beneteau Oceanis 45 on the French Riviera with their miniature dachshund, Nora. Having resigned from corporate careers in Stockholm, they successfully navigated the Baltic Sea, English Channel, and Atlantic Iberia to reach the Mediterranean. The crew manages their own digital cruising guide business while documenting the technical realities of off-grid sailing, cross-border yacht upgrades, and extensive offshore passage making.
