The electric motor survived being submerged, but we decided to play it safe and send the motor back to Electric Yachts, the manufacturer, Andy let them give the motor a thorough inspection. This way, Ed will avoid any issues arising while we are cruising because of latent damage that occurred while being submerged.
I also installed Maddie’s Christmas present, in May, only to find that it was defective and needs to be replaced.
