Sometimes in the Puget Sound you have to take what you can get wind wise, we needed to get back to Tacoma, the only day with decent wind had southerly’s, which meant a long day close hauled beating into the wind!
In this episode you can also really see Alex come into his own as a member of the crew.
Follow along as we sail from Poulsbo to Tacoma Washington beating the whole way, and towards the end of the day bury the bow as we are hit by a massive container ship wake!
