Oh the joys of boating! But if you are living on a boat and on a budget, you are going to have to deal with pumping out the head and the black water holding tank. If the pump works at your nearest public dock and you have a hose, then it shouldn’t be too hard. I am using my 30 foot Catalina sail boat do demonstrate this but it is exactly the same method for any boat with a holding tank.
If you are lazy and have a couple extra bucks on you (or your boat is such a mess that it doesn’t even run) you can call someone like Captain Pumpout to come pump out your tank on a regular basis and not have to worry about it. Highly recommend! Spend more time boating and less time pumping!
