Shipping Container – How to Install Aluminum Doors – Living Tiny Project Ep. 011

This episode is all about the installation of our aluminum doors on our Tiny Shipping Container

This is the eleventh episode towards our goal of building, by ourselves, a Tiny Shipping Container House and producing a Youtube Series about it called Living Tiny Project.

This video contains:

Step 1: Levelling of the floor level using epoxy dough
Step 2: Marking and pre-drew holes on the bottom of the the frame
Step 3: Applying masking take on the outside of the steel frame
Step 4: Marking and cutting some wooden pieces to hold the center of the aluminum frame
Step 5: Applying masking tape on the both sides of the aluminum frame
Step 6: Locating the frame on place and screwing the bottom of it
Step 7: Putting the wooden pieces on place and applying spray foam of the top of the frame
Step 8: Installing and regulating the doors on place
Step 9: Locking the doors on place using wood supports and applying spray foam on both sides of the frame
Step 10: Taking of the masking tapes
Step 11: Applying masking tape on the outside of the windows and metal frames and applying a polyurethane joint
Step 12: Taking the masking tape off as soon as we applied polyurethane
