This week we started the transformation of our sailboat’s deck! It was exposed to the weather for 22 years and we had a long way until we got to this point: a fresh painted deck, even with a non-skid on the top of it.
If you are new here… we are a Brazilian couple that have just bought a 44ft hot galvanized steel sailboat (Dinieper Tropic 1200) and is on the mission of bringing her back to life after 22 years abandoned on the hard. Once we are done, the plan is to sail her to our home town Florianópolis so we can finish building our land base, a Tiny Shipping Container House that we are building ourselves without any prior experience. Are you curious? Don’t forget to subscribe and to join us every Monday for a new episode!!
